Upgraded from 0.6.4 to 1.0.3 and doesn't work #19

I've tried passing the root as the first parameter instead, I tried leaving everything as is and got an error as root is a required first parameter now, and I simply get 404s for all my responses.

Hi, thanks for your bug report. I think this will be resolved by eaf3f8e7fad0ed5f52d61cebc5e576f7475ab020, please try using v1.0.4.
