庄园美丽极了，房子大多都是用巨大的人造贝壳与一些天然的小贝壳建成的，像一个个巨大的工艺品。阳光透过海面照入海底，像给房子铺上了一层层闪闪发光的碎银。我正陶醉其中，游过来了一条似鱼非鱼的东西，它全身的“鱼鳞”都是铜的，体积和我们人一般大。它朝我游过来，笑着对我说：“尊敬的客人，我是你今天的导游——灿灿，你下面的旅程将由我负责。”我被眼前的这条会说话的“鱼”惊呆了，灿灿看出了我的疑惑，立刻对我解释说：“你不用惊讶，其实我是人造‘导游鱼’，专门为海底旅游的客人做向导而造。”我恍然大悟。
跟着灿灿，我们又来到了海底田园，这里有一个大大的蔬菜基地，基地也是用水晶玻璃搭建的。我看到在陆地上能种的菜，在这里也都能种，像萝卜、黄瓜、白菜、西红柿、茄子、西兰花等。只是这些蔬菜的体积都比陆地上的大十几倍，一棵蔬菜就够十几个人吃了。灿灿说：“因为海底里有充足的藻类植物，这些植物与光合细菌产生的光合作用就释放了充足的氧气，这样就可以让这些蔬菜长得比陆地上的都大。”这时，我看见远处有一个慈祥的老爷爷和一群小孩在田间的树下乘凉，做游戏。走近一看，这树上挂的都是谷穗，金灿灿的谷穗都快把树干压弯了。我简直不敢相信，稻谷还可以长得和树一样高。灿灿说：“这是稻谷树，这都是这位爷爷研发的。他为了研发这稻谷树好几次生了大病都不愿休息。只因为这一棵稻谷树的产量就有上万斤，如果全世界都种上这样的稻谷树，那就再也没有饥饿了。”听到这些我心里对爷爷肃然起敬。
接着，我们来到了海底牧场。牧场是由水晶玻璃和海草建成的。整个牧场亮晶晶的，像一个水晶宫。牧场里养了各个种类的鱼。灿灿说：“当鱼儿们产卵后，养殖员就把鱼卵拿到牧场进行人工养殖，这样可以更好地避免鱼卵被其他大型的鱼吃掉，成活率就会更大。养殖人员还会根据鱼的特性和喜好进行分类养殖，这样也有助于鱼更快成长。养殖的鱼是用来供人们食用的，这样人类就不会再随意滥杀海底动物了，让海底世界更加美好。”
灿灿还给我讲了现在人类在海底挖矿，从而获得更多的石油、天然气、煤、铁、铜、锡等不计其数的矿产物。人们也已经在海底建了发电站，运用海水的运动来发电，这样就可以给人们带来无穷无尽而且价格低廉的电力了。这次的海底旅游让我大开眼界，还让我结识了新朋友——灿灿。我告别了灿灿，回到了陆地，我知道，只要我们保护好海洋环境，生物，祖国的科技发展还会给人类带来更多的惊喜，让海底世界成为适合人类居住的地球。
