Should we change the twitter icon, currently a bird, to the new twitter logo?

probably, wanna open a PR? we have to see if the current way we handle icons support the new icon :thinking:

As much as I hate the new icon, I think it's fair to change it, so feel free to raise a Pull-Request 😍
