Add feature to accept different media types

Current file uploads allowed are .wav, need to include .mp3 and .mp4

Acceptance Criterion

• [x] Limit audio only duration
• [x] Limit video only duration
• [x] Extract audio from video for classification

Completed: Both audio and video are limited to 60 seconds at the moment. Duration is arbitrary, just wanted to add a feature to change later if needed to not accept too big of files: Referenced here: Commit
