This PR adds an additional vars.jsonnet field for additional suffix domains.
This is a separate field to allow for easier updating.
This field is called additionalDomains.
This can for example be used for one local and one public domain, or in cases where one domain might not always be reachable.

@carlosedp I updated this PR to only include the latest commit, by rebasing on top of master and force pushing.
