Elevator Action, Flicky (SG-1000) starts instantly. #16

1. Load Elevator Action or Flicky (for the SG-1000).
2. The title screen is skipped instantly.

Both of these games are identified as "Japanese".

This is probably again due to buggy controller port emulation for the 
Japanese SMS quirk (see also issue 14 - http://code.google.com/p/cogwheel/
issues/detail?id=14 )
