The Castle (SG-1000) boots to funky (but unplayable) graphical corruption.

Before going bonkers a small rectangle of pale blue pixels appear in the 
top-left; a similar effect is when using the SMS mapper (could this be the 
issue?)

Fixed by r50 and r51 (also relied on indirectly related r49 bug).
