Settings saved in two different directories. #19

Settings are stored in two different directories -

%localappdata%\Bee_Development\Cogwheel_Interface_Url_???
%localappdata%\Bee Development\Cogwheel

The latter is used for joystick bindings, the former is automatically 
handled by the .NET settings system.

This is just ugly
