This is not emulated at all at the moment, it would be nice to have it for 
completeness, even if no software actually makes any use of it!

Some Colecovision painting software uses this if you need a test bed and can 
get to
emulating Colecovision (pretty trivial). Although yes, it's not really 
important in
reality.
