YM2413 state not saved correctly #38

The YM2413's registers are saved; this is not enough for emu2413 as far as 
I can tell as reloading a save state loses information. The most noticable 
symptoms is missing channels.

Improved state saving in r251; it's still not perfect but it's a bit better.

Cannot replicate as of r325, marking as fixed.
