Purpose of code changes on this branch:
I ported the MarkerTracker known from the gmaps-utility-library project to
a flex class.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
test it by creating a new map adding a random marker and create a
markertracker for that by (f.i. this line: "new MarkerTracker(marker, map,
null);")

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk/src/com/google/maps/extras/markertracker/
