'Detection Zones' goes black, no Alert #50

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Enabling 'Alerts'
2. Using any 'Display Style'
3. Using any 'Detector'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect an Alert to be triggered, but periodically what happens is that the
'Detection Zones' window will go black (with or without a user drawn
rectangular detection zone), and no alert is triggered. Program must be
completely restarted to allow Alerts again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v4.6.6.0. A PC with an up-to-date XP.

Please provide any additional information below.

Great program, but a bad bug has made iSpy useless for me, even with this
newest v4.6.6.0 update. What happens, periodically throughout the day, is that
iSpy completely stops Alerting. It simply cannot "see" anything to Alert too:
Every time this happens, I go to Edit Camera, Motion Detection, Detection
Zones, and find that the Detection window is now black, with no image. The
main iSpy window, however, shows the camera's image just fine. iSpy must be
rebooted to work again.
