Tests fail with newer CPAN::Changes versions #5

With newer CPAN::Changes versions (observed with 0.500002 and 0.500003) the test suite of Dist-Zilla-Plugin-ChangesFromYaml-0.005 fails. See also an overview of reports at http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Dist-Zilla-Plugin-ChangesFromYaml%200.005

The order of the releases changed with the newer version of CPAN::Changes. That's a backwards incompatible change. I now need to decide what to do - drop ChangesFromYaml and use a normal text file directly or release a fork of this module. @carloslima if you aren't maintaining this anymore, would you be willing to transfer permissions to me (CPAN handle tinita)?

@carloslima Still offering to take over this module, but at some point I'll stop using it and then I won't take it over anymore
