API: Timezone problem with date #6

// 3. DATE / DAYRANGE With API request /xml/limitchannels/date/2012-09-14 returns epg data between 2012-09-13 21:00:00 and 2012-09-14 21:00:00.

Gap is the same as timezone +3 here.
