Unable to import Eclipse10 RTStructures #53

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Export RTStruct, RTDose, CT from Eclipse10
2.Import into dicompyler

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Processing of datasets take more than an hour. Screenshot attached of output.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

dicompyler-0.4a2.tgz (including latest source changes), windows7 64-bit,
python2.7.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Anonymized dataset can be shared if needed.

I am able to run this successfully on Windows 7 64-bit. I have attached a
screenshot of the dataset that was provided, and also a screenshot of the
Python libraries (and versions) that I have installed.

Is it possible that this is a pydicom problem? I am using pydicom 0.9.5 and am
not able to replicate your error.

It was an issue with the anon dataset being corrupted somehow. I'm also
running pydicom 0.9.5. Thanks for looking into this.

Is this something that can be corrected in the anonymization process? Is
dicompyler corrupting the data or was it corrupted to begin with? Hopefully,
the source of the corruption can be located.
