Hi

Attached a module with code that should allow a display of a pydicom 
image. Currently requires Python >= 2.5, <3.0, pydicom and numpy.

Please use as considered appropriate. I copied the meta information from 
another submitted file. Not sure if this makes sense. Feedback and bug 
reports are appreciated.
