Added build configurations for Eclipse Temurin 22 #453

Created eclipse-temurin-22 builds based on eclipse-temurin-21. Just changed the base image from 21 to 22.

Note: I cannot run the github-action-generation.sh script to generate Github Action scripts for the new Temurin 22 builds. It fails with common.sh: line 12: jdk: unbound variable which I think is cause by running it on MacOS.

Thanks for merging. When will the Temurin 22 containers be available? We're using this container for the build pipeline and want to update to Java 22.
