Confirmed following functionality with Air75:
- Reading bootloader, hash matches other NuPhy products
- Reading full-flash
Added Air75 part (another Air60 reference)
Added minimum Rust version (let-else not stabilized before Rust 1.65 w/ PR https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/93628)

I will stress that I did not attempt to write to the device. This is the only keyboard I have on hand at the moment :sweat_smile:

I've been writing to my Air60 quite a bit recently, things work fine and reliably, but only as long as there's a working method to jump back into the ISP bootloader. A sinolink programmer comes in handy whenever this breaks though.
