One other general nitpick comment, I tried to get the app running locally. It looks like you're missing a package.json for the static website. Low priority, but you should try to get that committed, and add documentation for what is required to run this for someone looking at the repo (eg. list out the environment variables required, steps to start server, website, etc.)
