these will need to be updated as we continue, but they can be considerably shortened for now.

as we draw v1 to a close, we will split this into three tasks-

[ ] provide user training document in the web portal. What should users expect for button feedback, etc? When should they run for help?
[ ] provide folder-level README.md files. These are what need to be updated and may take the longest to do.
[ ] provide a project-level summary document that is fully updated with the current state of the project. all implemented features, etc.

What are the project's features?

on-demand server hosting
charged per hour with variable server sizes available
in-game management and queries
