Start some basic code.

This should tie into the order if execution as the layout is explicity tied into the OOE So it might be prudent to do the OOE first...we will see.

Need to update the repo...to many changes. Going try ggez for the gui element see how that works. Fltk is excellent but not convinced thats its tge correct fit not game enough or maybe ita just me not diving in deep enough...so lets look at ggez
