Provides three different types of usage:

Anonymous user: free rate-limited access to 'CodeLlama 13B' for chatting and 'CodeLlama 7B' for autocompletions
Registered user: 250k free tokens each month and access to most models
Subscribed user: 6M tokens each month and access to all models without limits
