This PR closes #580. Depends on:

Edit: I also noticed some small issues:

temperature and maxTokens was not yet set for the chat completions for Ollama
temperature was not yet set for the code completions for Ollama
Ollama test in DefaultCompletionRequestHandlerTest.kt was missing
Refresh models when opening Ollama settings automatically + re-select the model if its still available, otherwise show error balloon
