'account not active' error

What happened?

Attempted to test the plugin against my OpenAI account. Followed the instructions here, but whenever I attempt to use the integration/window, I only receive the message "Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website".

It's unclear, but I believe this message is coming from CodeGPT services and NOT OpenAI. Is it the case that I'm required to have a CodeGPT account to use my own OpenAI integration?

Steps to reproduce

• Install the plugin
• Navigate to the tool configuration page
• Input the API key received from OpenAI
• Attempt to use the chat window having the GPT-4o mini model
