fix: Use first choice which is not blank #21

A better solution to use the first choice:

Search all choices which are not null
Search all deltas which are not null
Use first content which is not null or blank (whitespace)
Otherwise use "" (empty string) if no match can be found

Now:

Use first choice (if there is one)
Use delta (if is not null)
Use content (even if it is null or blank)
Otherwise use "" (empty string)
