Add the following

Target organization/ program age
Target organization/ program ethnicity
Target organization/ program gender
Student-volunteer ratio
EventSkills required
eventType: [in-school, after-school, etc]
volunteer_hour_commitment: integer
volunteer_interval_commitment: string
- Can say "3 hours per week" or just "3 hours" if interval is left blank
- Helps separate one-time program v.s. recurring ones
Event location
