@carlsednaoui Do we want validations for Users? Meaning, should we require new users to enter a first_name, last_name, or birthdate? Right now, just email and password/password confirmation are required.

In the future most of these fields might be required — but that'll depend on the feedback we get from the organizations :)

I was able to tackle the user pages, and adding/removing skills from the edit user page this evening. Will work on enabling adding skill feature to sign_up page tomorrow.
