User Requesting to Follow Orgs #39

Allow new user to "request to join organization"
Show all fields http://localhost:3000/organizations/13/edit

I created a new issue for the above features as important features have been created to satisfy https://github.com/carlsednaoui/nycio/issues/35

Looking into this; would we want to have the "twitter" follow/unfollow model? or something inclined towards a "memberships" join table where in that table we or admins can assign a members role such as being an admin; just a thought.

I think a membership makes sense (where a member can have management access or not). Similar to meetup and group organizers.

Yeah I agree with @carlsednaoui, I think we want to stick to the meetup format. I definitely feel like I'm a member of Philly.rb not just a follower.
