Updated Calling Cards to be Broken Down by Prestige

Hi! I made quite a few changes with this request:

• Created Categories for each Prestige "Prestige 1 through to Prestige 25"
• Renamed and categorized existing Category "Prestige" as Prestige 1 - 5 Calling Cards to match as is on the Game
• Renamed 2 operator challenges (symbolic end and chattering soldier) as the original challenges were renamed to vengeful stance and symbolic end. Also, updated png names to match, so these will need updating on online storage.
• Updated prestige.js to have all categories of calling cards up to current season.
• Updated US languages to have all Prestige Categories, Labels and Descriptions as appropriate. (Other regions will need to be actioned by another contributor)

Verified Build Runs as expected. (Search / Filter etc).

Still need to add images for new challenges. Will work on those tomorrow.

@carlssonemil - Hey i actually dropped you an email from my private email earlier. Thought I would go a step ahead and just do the work - let me know if you want to discuss before merge. I suggest waiting until I upload all the new calling card images as well.
