Updated Naming Convention of 4 Cards, these had _ instead of - which caused the image to fail to load.
Added missing card from Prestige 9 - Hold Your Fire.
Updated spelling mistakes in prestige.js which caused calling card descriptions to not load correctly / image to not load.
Updated type in the operator.js as this was incorrect named to match the name component, rather than the subtype.
Updated en-US json to match above corrections.
Removed "!" from Prestige 23 and Prestige 24 calling cards, if you know how to add this into the end of "Eat Lead" and "Gotchya" without it causing a filename error please create a new branch.
