Use lookup_field to construct view URLs.
Introduce a view attribute called lookup_url_converter to configure URL coverters.
Introduce a view attribute called mount_url to configure URL mount point.
Remove redundant attribute lookup_url_kwarg.
Test additions.

Addresses #11
