Simplify default export commands #2

Include .pdf in the filename to bypass interactive menus
Specify export filename in both example commands
Avoid using "publish" as filename since resume publish is a different, valid command

This is targeted at the simplest use case, hope it is helpful.

Thanks, @mchelen! Just now getting back to this. Appreciate you getting the finer points of the schema documented so as to make the process easier. I'm changing the repo name just to 'cvStrap' as well, as that's more applicable to the registry than the redundant jsonresume bit.
