Choosing "Both" shows obsolete messages

While filtering for "translated" or "untranslated" messages will hide
obsolete messages, the default "Both" shows them.

I believe these obsolete messages should not be shown at all. (They confuse
translators by bringing up messages for app features that aren't actually
being used. This is especially a problem in Pinax, with its pages and pages
of messages about "tweets" and "tribes" and such.)

I've attached a patch that hides obsolete messages under "Both".

Well spotted and thank you for the patch. 

I've fixed this directly in Rosetta (in r72), as I'd rather not patch polib 
which is an "external" (even though it's 
shipped with Rosetta)
