File is read-only - but it is not

Hi

I have a problem writting to file. I get File is read-only even if I set
777 rights to whole locale folder.

drwxrwxrwx 6 cime cime 4096 2008-04-21 11:33 .
drwxr-xr-x 5 cime cime 4096 2008-04-21 11:29 ..
drwxrwxrwx 3 cime cime 4096 2008-02-08 11:38 de

drwxrwxrwx 3 cime cime 4096 2008-02-08 11:38 it
drwxrwxrwx 3 cime cime 4096 2008-04-21 11:33 sl
cime@homer:/var/www/mysite/rosetta/locale$ 

I run it with apache2 + mod_python, with apache user set to my username.
Do you know why this happen?

It has nothing to do with file right :/
It was just that I set my surname in profile which contained a Š (sh) 
character.
