Hey @carlylovas, awesome work!! I went ahead and gave an example for getting the slope (line 124 in ./NECC.R). I also made a few other comments farther along in the script related to loops and such. Hopefully this can merge without any conflicts, though if there are or if there is any nervousness on your end I'd just make a copy of your NECC-Species-Distribution-Summaries folder somewhere to make sure its safe and then go through the merge/accept pull request stuff.
