present AT first appearance #105

The little prince, who was present AT the first appearance of a huge bud, felt at once that some sort of miraculous apparition must emerge from it. Chapter 8, sent_id = lpp_1943.375

We often find it difficult to determine when to use Circumstance and Circumstance\~Locus based on the guidelines, and this is one such example! Weren't sure if it should be plain Circumstance or Circumstance\~Locus or Circumstance\~Time?

Do you think the appearance of the bud is a setting event for being present? That would be Circumstance~Locus, cf. had fun AT the party.

This one feels a bit more temporal to me, though: i.e. that the appearance of the bud coincided with the prince's being present. What about plain Time?
