Dynamic events involving materials, e.g. Creation, Transformation, Combination, Addition, Splitting, Removal, Shrinking, Growing

PartPortion as scene role for partial ingredients, and Stuff for material that is transformed in its entirety. Different construals possible.

creation material: prepared FROM/OUT_OF fresh ingredients
add extract TO the mix, added nitrogen TO my tires, added a waffle maker TO the common contental affiar: plain Goal? Whole~>Goal?

- Used to be called EndState in v1. Need to consider what happens if the construal is something other than Goal: make the boy a prince (Identity/Goal~>Theme); put the plans on hold (Temporal/Goal~>Locus); "put the country IN civil war" (Characteristic/Goal~>Locus)
