It is very rarely that an ocean empties itself of ITS waters lpp_15 sent_id = lpp_1943.898

Are the waters just a part of the ocean (Whole\~Gestalt)? Or is this more of a Gestalt-y relationship, or something?

Seems plausible to say that the ocean's waters = the waters that comprise the ocean
