If X possesses Y and Y has Z as a part, "X's Z" is Possessor:

What about if Z is a property of Y? "Their mpg number" meaning the MPG of the dealer's car.

Metonymy: Really the relation is possess(I, car), has_property(car, mpg-number). I=Possessor w.r.t. the car. car=Gestalt w.r.t. mpg-number.

Let's go with Gestalt because it's more general than Possessor.
