There is a modal element here: permission/obligation.

Currently guidelines have Agent~>Gestalt for your fault, which is perhaps related.

Not exactly the agent of being at fault, or having a right/responsibility. Though entailment is that the individual is the agent of a previous or potential action, that action is not explicit, so let's just say Gestalt.

"his reasons" is currently Agent~>Gestalt:

reviews-101972-0008 I had to ask the greeter , he explained >> his << reasons with broken English .

The topic is the reasons for why others were seated first. I'm not sure a reason is something intentionally arrived at; perhaps Experiencer~>Gestalt would be better.
