Currently Manner~>Locus:

reviews-319816-0023: I couldn't make it back in_time
reviews-354860-0002: Everything went smooth and on_schedule
reviews-011257-0004 (inter alia): I said great and Dan arrived on_time at 10 am to make the repair .

These do not exactly answer a When? question, but they describe the temporal layout of the event with respect to an expectation/schedule.

Now that we are using Temporal for some aspectual stuff (an event being on, off, over, in_progress, or on_hold), should the above be Temporal~>Locus?

We should also consider "Dan is on_time", which is currently Characteristic~>Locus.
