Topic isn't listed as a counterpart to Experiencer in the guidelines for cognition events. Some examples:

my_{Experiencer↝Gestalt} awareness of_Topic the issue
my_{Experiencer↝Gestalt} thoughts on_Topic the matter

And in Hindi:
