I have a list of T cell migration signatures and want to see how it looks only on T cell cluster. If I score them all over the clusters would that decrease my scores on the specific clusters?

I have a list of T cell migration signatures and want to see how it looks only on T cell cluster. If I score them all over the clusters would that decrease my scores on the specific clusters? #30

Hello, UCell scores are calculated per cell, so they will be identical whether you calculate them on a complete dataset or only on a specific cluster.
