[x] download file from a bucket
[ ] download all files from a bucket (TBH probably easier to do this via aws cli)
[x] upload a file to a bucket
[ ] add permission --> make bucket public
[ ] add permission --> make a file public
[ ] add permission --> listing enabled
[ ] add permission --> world write
[ ] add permission --> world read
[ ] add permission --> policy allows for change but bucket doesnt not have the perms
