Hey there! Would love to be able to run and use this code, would you be open to adding a license file?

Here's some info on licenses: https://choosealicense.com/

I'm not a lawyer but I believe if there's no license file the default is "All rights reserved" aka, folks can't use/modify/borrow etc... without permission

@cktricky any thoughts here. since it's kinda a dead project i have no issues adding whatever license makes sense here
