Develop an OWL ontology for argument graphs suitable for exporting argument graphs in RDF. Then create a web service for retrieving and querying argument graphs using SPARQL (http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-sparql-query/ [^]) . The practical goal would be to make Carneades argument graphs available on the Web in a standard format, to make a contribution to Tim Berners-Lee's vision of Linked Data http://www.w3.org/DesignIssues/LinkedData.html

See also the AIF export feature request. Both ideas might be realizable at once with an OWL "reification" of AIF.
