6 months ago You do require to have MATLAB runtime installed. You probably need to recompile a new version for your OS. You can follow the guide in https://github.com/carnegie/PlantClusterFinder/blob/master/How_to_compile_new_version.txt

do i need the matlab license to use this tool ?
