Create anatomical context illustrations for each fossil #6

Each fossil modal will eventually include an illustration like the one above (for a stegosaurus rib) that shows the bone in its anatomical position, so that users can gain additional context and learn a bit a about anatomy.

The illustrations we're creating so far use dinosaur silhouettes from Phylopic.

When ready, they'll be included by uploading them to a folder on the server and including them in each modal using html in the database table, the same way the fossil photos are included now.

Figuring out where to place each bone on the dinosaur silhouette will require knowledge of dinosaur anatomy.

These will probably be completed by a paleontology intern over the summer of 2016.
