[DOC] Gather references to published work/data in a dedicated paragraph in the documentation #139

Currently there are some references to published work in the documentation, one could gather it in a dedicated paragraph of README.rst

One should also add there a reference to the two published datasets on CXIDB (https://www.cxidb.org/browse.html) , ID182 and ID183
