Merge the subpackage facet_recognition into postprocessing #169

update paths in related scripts
rename facet_utils.py to facet_recognition.py
move scripts from scripts/facet_recognition to scripts/postprocessing
update paths in setup,py and in the documentation toctree
update the documentation and HISTORY.rst

Fixes #162
